Custom Gear – Non-Refundable

All customized or personalized items—including products with player names, numbers, team logos, color changes, or any design modifications—are final sale.
Once production begins, custom items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

This ensures every custom piece is crafted specifically for you or your team with the precision and detail VEDELsports is known for.

Standard Apparel Returns – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return window for all non-custom apparel.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Our goal is to make sure every athlete feels confident and comfortable in their gear.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color for non-custom apparel, exchanges are available within the 30-day window—subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless VEDELsports shipped an incorrect or defective item.
